Enrollment Process

HVA courses will be visible on Canvas Thursday July 17th, 2025.

Classes will begin Monday July 28, 2025. 

Registering for hybrid or full-time schedule

  • During registration with your brick-and-mortar school (Higley High School or Williams Field High School), you will indicate on your registration form you are interested in taking an online course and what course that is.
  • From there, your counselor at HHS or WFHS will reach out directly to us to add the requested courses to your schedule.
  • Once online classes have been added to your schedule by us, we will reach out to you with a welcome email containing instructions and important information regarding HVA.
  • If your student's schedule is already posted and they are missing an online course, please fill out the Schedule Change Request form sent out by your counseling office.
